Fall is probably the most colorful time of the year. One of my favourite destinations for fall photos and pictures is Nova Scotia in Canada as well as Alaska with its famous Indian Summer.

Fall, or Autumn as it is known in some parts of the world, is one of the most colorful in terms of the leaves changing color and falling from the trees, and it is also a favorite time of year for many as the hot summer days fade to the cooler days of fall and eventually winter with hints of the first snowfall to come. It is a transition time of year, but one that delights people of all ages due to the beauty of the surroundings and the change that is in the air.

Fall can also be one of the best times to travel as the summer rush is over, the busy tourist season is dying down and the locations that were really hot in August will be cooling to a more enjoyable temperature.
Fall is also considered a time of abundance in many societies as it is closely related to the autumn harvest and the collection of food, so it is not only a beautiful time for some but also a plentiful one; hence why it is the favorite season of many.
