A festive looking ship, the Norwegian Sun is just one of the many cruise ships that pass through the Inside Passage between Alaska and Vancouver or Seattle.
During the summer vacation months between May and September, a steady stream of cruise ships ply the waters of the Inside Passage with passengers on the decks enjoying the beautiful scenery.
Once through the Queen Charlotte Strait on a south bound cruise, cruise ship captain has a number of choices of where to steer the ship and a popular route is the Broughton Strait where they pass between Malcolm Island and Vancouver Island and further along Cormorant Island.
