The signs along the historic route 66 in Seligman, Arizona in the United States adds to the attractions and the info on them lets you take a trip back in time to the ways of life back in the 1950s. As an Elvis mannequin perches on the back of a Ford Edsel, other mannequins sit outside the buildings and on the bumper of the car.Back in the days, Route 66 was the main highway in and out of town but it is now an alternative road that takes you to these historic sites in Arizona. The info signs are just part of the delightfulness of this old town and the buildings host cafes and gift shops which are very intriguing. Seligman, Arizona was first established in 1886 where a long railroad connected Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad.
