There are three different routes that this ferry service runs in Atlantic Canada and Maine.The Cat is the only high speed car ferry in the Bay Ferries fleet that travels between Bar Harbour and Portland, Maine and Yarmouth in Nova Scotia. While aboard The Cat you will realize why some people have named the ferry in the class as one of the world's top ten super ships.Depending on which route you are traveling on, it could be about three hours from Bar Harbour to Yarmouth and about five and half from Portland to Yarmouth.
