Photo: BC Coast Mountains Sunset

A vibrant pink sunset tints the landscape surrounding the BC Coast Mountains of Canada.

British Columbia otherwise known as BC is a great place to see a stunning and memorable sunset. During fall, when the evening temperatures drop suddenly once the sun dips below the horizon, the air becomes clear and crisp and the Coast Mountains appear close enough to touch.

This view is seen from the northern side of Northern Vancouver Island, and the colours are added by nature herself with a single brush stroke. As quickly as the symphony of light develops over the BC Coast Mountains, as quickly as it dissolves into the night after sunset.
