Rough waters and the rocky coastline can cause havoc for boats at times, so the bulldozers will help any boats out of the water and off the beach. There is no wharf to tie up to and the beach is the only access to the water. There have been times when even the bulldozers will get stuck on the beach as the water crashes against them, but they can eventually get themselves out where vehicles could not.
These bulldozers brighten up the beach and are easily seen by cars and people due to the bright colors and the sound of them.
