When the tide is out in the town of Castlepoint in Wairarapa, New Zealand, cars can drive along the sandy beach to haul their boats in or out of the water. There is no other way to launch your boat and haul it across the sand. There is plenty of space for cars to easily drive along this beach and problems never seem to occur.Once people back their trailers and cars to the water's edge, they make sure that they bring them far enough up on the beach to ensure there is no difficulties when they are finished boating for the day.
