On a stormy day the Pacific waves thunder along the California Coast in the USA.Highway 1 in California is also dubbed the Pacific Coast Highway and is extremely scenic. Although the most famous portions are along the coast between San Francisco and Los Angeles, north of San Fran is also spectacular.On this particular day the stunning aspect was the sheer force and size of the waves crashing along the coast on a stormy California day.

I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1DS, aperture of f/6.3, exposure time of 1/160 sec. on ISO 100, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 400mm.
