The main train station in Prague is the biggest and most centralized for easy access that is used by thousands of travelers and commuters. The building is an Art Nouveau structure adorned with stained glass windows, a high dome and carvings that represent Prague as the "Mother of Cities".The main train station in downtown Prague in the Czech Republic has become a place for the homeless with dark, filthy hallways where drug addicts hang out and it is not somewhere that you feel safe. Nobody in the Czech Republic is proud of this train station and it is now underway for a major overhaul.Probably a four year project that will transform the Main Train Station into a similar resemblance of a airport hall with shops, restaurants and a travel center to be proud of.Once the main train station in Prague is completed, tourists will not fear the area that it is now and residents that commute by train on a daily basis will feel a lot more comfortable. ... continue below the picture...
