A variety of Italian cheeses can be found at a market stall at the Mercato Centrale in the city of Florence in Italy, Europe. As well as other mouth watering delicacies to tease one with, the delicious cheeses range from Asagio, from the Dolomite valleys, to Ricotta, the necessary ingredient of lasagne. Mascarpone cheese is the reason Tiramasu is a favourite dessert.
One has never seen such a variety in cheese products, which makes it very difficult if you are wanting to try a different type of cheese. This market stall seems to be a favorite for many of the people who come to the Mercato Centrale.
