The world which surrounds Castlepoint Lighthouse in Wairarapa, North Island of New Zealand can be very colorful at the end of some days when a sunset adorns the horizon. A long narrow wooden walk with a fair amount of stairs, leads you right to the base of the lighthouse where Mother Nature brings out her true colors at sunset. During the day, a walk along the rocky cliffs is where you will find fisherman trying to pull in the largest available fish.
Tourists who come to the North Island of New Zealand find the Wairarapa coastline a prime location to vacation as the beaches around the lagoon are spectacular and the sunsets are breathtaking.
