At 11 months old, this curious polar bear cub still has another year or two before he'll be weaned from his mother at which stage he will begin fending for himself. In the meantime, he awaits the ice build up in Hudson Bay to accompany his mother to rich hunting grounds.

I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II, aperture of f/6.3, exposure time of 1/400 sec. on ISO 400, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 150mm.
