A trainer at the L'Oceanografic at the City of Arts and Science in Valencia, Spain, stands on the backs of the Bottlenose Dolphins and goes for a ride around the aquarium pool. There are days when any one of the twenty Bottlenose Dolphins at the L'Oceanografic are not in the mood to take a trainer for a ride around the pool. The dolphins are never forced to do anything they are not up for, and the trainers can easily recognize any difference in their behavior. The show is changed around on a daily basis so the dolphins are never stuck in the same routine and the trainers never become bored. Everyday is different for both of them and new tricks are practiced all the time.
