The Kavarna Slavia in the downtown area of Prague in the Czech Republic is a well known cafe located in a historic building where you can choose from many items on the menu including breakfast, lunches, dinners, desserts or drinks. The exterior of the building dates back to 1881 when Kavarna Slavia first opened, only closing down for a few years in 1991 when the ownership had a few problems which needed straightening out.The interior of the cafe is beautifully adorned with various pictures of many famous people who have visited Kavarna Slavia. The dinner hour offers incredible meals with great views of the other architectural landmarks in the area such as the National Theatre, the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle.First time visitors to this cafe are impressed by the beauty of the building and the delicious food and many vow to return time and time again.
