Dunedin is the main city in Otago and is the second largest on New Zealand's South Island with a estimated population of approximately 122,000. The harbour is the center point of this city and from there it extends for miles over the rolling hills and valleys of Otago, New Zealand. The landscape was originally created by a volcano, one that is no longer around.The city of Dunedin is adorned in Victorian and Edwardian styles as the main streets were renovated and the buildings were restored to make it into the heritage city it is today. It is home to the University of Otago, a place that is highly recommended for its excellent education and research programs.
