On of my all time favourite eagle photographs I captured this on one of my wildlife & scenery photo tours. I love the peace in this photo as well as the soft colours of the ever green rain forest. This bald eagle was sitting here for a long time, it almost seemed like that it didn't want to fly in heavy fog.
I know most of people looking for incredible action shots of eagles, we do capture those of course too on our tours but I find this image very unique as colour, softness and background is perfect in my eyes.
I'm not sure if this image ever becomes one of my well known one but once a while I will pick my own favourite pictures, mainly because they are unique and so different than all the other bald eagle pictures.
I have blown up this image very large onto a canvas wrap and I'm happy every day to look at it in my office, peaceful, surreal, mystic and yet powerful.
