When looking from the floors above in Eaton Centre in downtown Toronto, Ontario, one can see the beautiful architecture design of this shopping centre. Throughout Canada, Eaton Centre is one of the popular shopping areas which attracts millions of people every year who come to see the architecture, the culture, the urban atmosphere and the wide array of stores.
Eaton Centre took many years to complete with the northern end being opened first in 1977 and then a year later the southern end was completed. It was not until 1990 in which another section opened and then in 1999 the remaining part was finally finished.
The architecture of the glass domed ceiling encompasses Eaton Centre which has four levels filled with shops, cafes, office towers and restaurants. Throughout the entire mall, there are about 330 retail stores which carry a wide selection of goods.

Eaton Centre is a one stop shop in the downtown area of Toronto, Ontario which can make shopping easier, but it takes a long time to get from one end to the other. First time visitors to the mall are sure to get lost when trying to find their way around.
