Crocus flowers bloom in purple, mauve and white colors across a field where the Dolomite Mountain Range stands in the backdrop in South Tyrol, Italy. The absolute stunning scenery of the snow covered mountain peaks, lush green forest and a field of lovely crocus flowers makes South Tyrol, Italy look so relaxing and inviting.
Crocus flowers are fairly hardy plants and are native to a large area of the coastal and subalpine areas of central and southern Europe. These flowers can grow wild almost anywhere but they especially seem to flourish in an open field where sunshine is not a stranger.
Driving along roads in South Tirol, Italy you will come across many a field full of crocus flowers where the wind gently blows and makes the flowers seem like they are dancing.
