Flowers are not the only attraction in this beautiful countryside, the scenery of the Alpes de Haute region of the Provence is stunning - remote and rugged. From steep sided gorges, rivers, mountains, and lakes.
Nearby is the medieval town of Moustiers-Ste-Marie (Moustiers-Sainte-Marie) which is a vibrant tourist destination and is world famous for producing the beautiful Faience pottery.

I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II, aperture of f/6.3, exposure time of 1/125 sec. on ISO 100, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 350mm.
