Greater flamingos have made La Camargue in the Provence, France their habitat for a long time and love to live in the lagoons where there is lots of mud and water. Greater flamingos live in large groups called colonies and breed in pairs and reproduce by the age of about six.Greater flamingos are approximately 42 inches in length and have a wingspan of about 55 inches.
