A New Zealand Fur Seal pup sits on the rocks above the water's edge at the Cape Palliser Seal Colony on the North Island of New Zealand looking up with cute helpless eyes. This Fur Seal pup will stay on these rocks feeling helpless until its mother returns to nurse which could be a few days at a time.
