A playful Pacific White Sided Dolphin jumping out of the waters of Johnstone Strait, backdropped by mountainous scenery during sunset makes for a great photo pic.
Northern Vancouver Island is an area steeped in beautiful scenery and a variety of wildlife including numerous species of marine mammals such as sea lions, whales, and dolphins. Eagles and bears also make Northern Vancouver Island their home.

I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II, aperture of f/6.3, exposure time of 1/800 sec. on ISO 200, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 235mm.
