Kite surfing began around 1998 when there was just a handful of people worldwide that were interested in this outdoor sport. Since 2006, kite surfing has become a popular hobby and when visiting the beaches in Valencia, Spain you now see kite surfers trying out their skills on a daily basis. Wind surfers were once the main event along the Costa Blanca but now there seems to be less windsurfers and more people kite surfing.Kite surfing is not a very easy sport and it takes a lot of strength, coordination and talent to glide through the water and air on these boards. You must have control of this large kite and be able to direct the board at the same time to make these gadgets work properly.If you are interested in this sport it is suggested that you take some professional lessons before attempting your fate or anybody else's that may be nearby.
