There is a hiking trail in Forillon National Park that people can take that leads to La Chute, the waterfall, where people can either stand at the bottom or look down from the top and enjoy the view and natural beauty of the gushing water.
This waterfall is a powerful body of water that has carved out its own space in the rock. It falls in a mass of white water and foam down to the pool below and moss grows where the water falls because it is constantly damp and slippery on those ledges.
It is not advisable when visiting the waterfall to go near it or try to climb on it as it will be very slippery and could be dangerous, and there is no one around to help in case of an emergency. This park is important and special because it contains many different kinds of animals and birds, and also many different kinds of trees and plants. It has everything from forests, coastlines, sand dunes, and part of the Appalachian Mountains. Birds also nest here and it's a place where people can come to go whale watching off the coast.
