The Point Amour Lighthouse is a historic building which hugs the coast of Southern Labrador in Newoundland Labrador along the Labrador Coastal Drive on Highway 510.
A small community makes up the region of L'Anse Amour along Highway 510 on the Labrador Coastal Drive in Southern Labrador, Canada and the historic lighthouse and lightkeepers building is a main attraction in this town. The Point Amour Lighthouse is the tallest one found along the coast of Atlantic Canada which was built in the early 1850's due to the dangerous waters of the Strait of Belle Isle. Point Amour Lighthouse, a Provincial Historic Site at Amour Point in L'Anse-Amour, along the Labrador Coastal Drive, Highway 510, Strait of Belle Isle, Viking Trail, Trails to the Vikings, Southern Labrador, Labrador, Canada. Built in 1857, the Amour Lighthouse is the tallest lighthouse in Atlantic Canada and 2nd highest in Canada.

I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II, aperture of f/10.0, exposure time of 1/160 sec. on ISO 100, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 28mm.
