The third lighthouse to stand at or near this spot, the current Louisbourg Light has been stationed on its rocky hilltop and been operational since February 1924.
Louisbourg Light at the entrance to the Louisbourg Harbour, Lighthouse Point, Louisbourg, Highway 22, Fleur de lis Trail, Marconi Trail, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada. The current light was constructed in the 1920's. The second light was erected in 1842, and the first was built in the 19th century.

I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II, aperture of f/7.1, exposure time of 1/160 sec. on ISO 100, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 70mm.
