A lone male orca whale cruises the waters off the coast of Vancouver Island at sunset. The bright sky which reflects off the water makes a beautiful silhouette of the whale and the surrounding landscape.
The orca whale is a marine mammal which is found in all the oceans of the world. There are three types of orca whales namely - resident, transient and off-shore.

I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II, aperture of f/7.1, exposure time of 1/1250 sec. on ISO 200, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 370mm.
