This view is taken from Vancouver Island overlooking the Broughton Strait. The sunset has turned the sky a glorious soft pink colour and makes the mountain range look almost magical, as if it belongs in a fantasy world.

In the middle between the mainland and Vancouver Island (in this picture) is Malcolm Island which was first a Finnish settlement and also contains some varied wildlife.

I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1Ds Mark III, aperture of f/22.0, exposure time of 1/2 sec. on ISO 100, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 200mm.
