Finally we found time to visit and photograph Myra Falls in Strathcona Provincial Park. Those waterfalls are beautifully nested in the mountains of Vancouver Island. Especially after rainfall the waterfall is very fast and powerful but also very beautiful.
If you make it to Vancouver Island I highly recommend to plan some extra time for Strathcona Provincial Park and Myra Falls which are on the "south end" of Buttle Lake.
Campbell River is the closest town to the park and a great place to spend the night.
