As evening settles in around the wilderness of Southern Labrador, guests staying at the Rifflin'Hitch Lodge group around the outdoor fire pit exchanging stories. This is the ideal time of night to enjoy the fire pit and a place where guests can relax and breath in the fresh wilderness air.
Sitting around on the stones created in a circular pattern with enough comfortable wooden chairs for each guest is the ideal way to finish off the day. The pathway continues away from the fire pit which leads you back to the Rifflin'Hitch Lodge or wooden boardwalks take you down the river's edge.
The golden glow from the lights of the lodge appear brighter as the remaining blue colors of the sky adorned with thin wisps of clouds begin to fade. When the sun disappears and the sky darkens, you are surrounded by the Southern Labrador night sky where thousands of twinkling stars put on an evening show.
... Rifflin'Hitch Lodge in Southern Labrador is a luxurious place to enjoy a real vacation, especially for fishermen as your days are spent fly fishing in the rivers. After a long day and hopefully some fine fishing, the guests love to partake in a few beverages, tell of their day's events as they keep warm next to the outdoor fire pit.
