When the Autumn season arrives around Lake Superior in Ontario, Canada the beach at Pancake Bay becomes very tranquil and people strolling along the sand are very far and few between. This type of beach is a dream for anyone who loves the natural beauty of the Great Lakes as the shore adorned with sand extends for kilometers.
Footprints left in the sand travel along Pancake Bay but where they end up or where they are going is anyone's guess. The water breaks along the shoreline under the blue Ontario sky, making Pancake Bay the ideal place to be on a beautiful Autumn day. Kids can make their own footprints along the beach or build sandcastles as they enjoy the fresh air.
During the summer months, this beach becomes extremely busy as people camp in the Provincial Park and spend their days hiking, boating, fishing, swimming or biking around the area. ... Due to the location of the beach, winds do not whip along the lake shore as the area is very sheltered making this beach even more appealing to visitors.
When Autumn weather cooperates, Pancake Bay is one of the prettiest places to visit and feel the real serenity of Ontario life. Listening to the sound of Lake Superior lap the shoreline, a long sandy beach to walk on and a forest full of a variety of colors makes life seem so simple.
