The land around the waterfront of Picton has been a public reserve since 1918, and officially named Seymour Gardens in 1923 as a memorial to Arthur Penrose Seymour.
There are numerous activities and attractions for the visitor to enjoy all within a short distance of this Foreshore Reserve.
