A gem in the heart of the wilderness of Northern Vancouver Island, Port McNeill was founded as a logging camp back in 1936 but developed to the point of becoming incorporated in 1966. Since then the town has evolved and grown and is now an important base for many operations.

I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1Ds Mark III, aperture of f/5.6, exposure time of 1/400 sec. on ISO 100, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 24mm.
