These brightly colored flowers bloom every four to six weeks on the Bougainvillea plant which grows in the town of Oliva in Valencia, Spain in Europe. When this plant flowers they can be an assortment of colors which include orange, magenta, white or purple and are surrounded by fine dark green leaves.
The Bougainvillea plant thrives in tropical areas where there is plenty of sun but they can also grow extremely well as house plants in the proper temperature. This plant grows exceptionally fast and can make any wall or trellis look stunning, you can train them to become a beautiful hedge or make them look amazing in a hanging basket.
