Fog hovers above parts of Queen Charlotte Strait and creeps over islands as night falls upon Northern Vancouver Island and the BC Coast Mountains in a beautiful display of sunset colours.
Early fall is a wonderful time of crisp clear nights with vivid sunsets illuminating the night sky and water surface of the Queen Charlotte Strait, Johnstone Strait, and Broughton Strait while silhouetting the landscape.

I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1Ds Mark III, aperture of f/14.0, exposure time of 1/0.076923 sec. on ISO 100, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 100mm.
