Especially powerful is Millard Creek waterfall after heavy rainfall, on sunny days it often creates a wonderful rainbow.
One of the stops we plan on my wildlife & scenery photo tour is Millard Creek waterfall in Knight Inlet. It always depends on time and conditions but when we able to visit on a sunny day we often get awarded with beautiful rainbow around the waterfall.
While we watch the waterfall mostly from the boat, we sometimes make a shore landing to get some closer photographs of this powerful waterfall. Thats the beauty of using a small but extremely robust boat, we can do shore landings where ever we want.

I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1Ds Mark III, aperture of f/6.3, exposure time of 1/100 sec. on ISO 100, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 25mm.
