Redwood trees line the road on this 32 mile scenic trip through the Avenue of the Giants in the Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California, USA. One of the world's tallest and oldest Redwood trees resides in this State Park which stands at a little over 370 feet tall.Average Redwood trees that are a several hundred years old stand around 200 to 240 feet and can live to be more than two thousand years old. To this day about one third of the trees in Humboldt Redwoods Park are the original trees. The Avenue of the Giants is a very narrow road through massive Redwood trees that was used as a stagecoach route around 1880.
