The forest life in the Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California, USA encompasses nearly 53,000 acres. Here you will find over 17,000 acres that are untouched by human hands and consist of old growth coast redwoods.
What once started out as a small Memorial Grove, the park has increased in size over the years. It includes a diverse ecosystem which includes the Rockefeller Forest, the largest remaining old growth of the redwoods forest in the world.
