Kitesurfers sail the sky above Orewa Beach on the North Island of New Zealand while others stand above the sandy shores near the shade of a tree and watch. As the wind blows across the coastline, more kitesurfers are seen at Orewa Beach every day as this now seems to be a favorite sport of beach lovers.
The sunny resort town of Orewa has miles of sandy beach, so there is plenty of room for kitesurfers, blokart sailers, windsurfers, swimmers or just tanners. Many tourists to Orewa, New Zealand love to stroll along the sandy shores to enjoy the view or watch a breathtaking sunset.
Orewa is situated about thirty miles north of Auckland City, New Zealand and the beach is known to be one of the longest in Auckland. The beach is definitely high on the list of one of the best features of the town of Orewa, New Zealand.
