The unique design of a scallop shell was embedded into a rock in earlier years when the sea rushed through what we now know as a valley in the La Source Parfumee Gardens in Gourdon, France. Exploring the valley near Gourdon Village in France, Europe is an expedition in itself as the rock formations display various outlines of sea life like this amazing fan shape of a scallop shell that was once implanted in the rocks.Rocks with holes made from scallop shells from when the valley was part of the sea bed seen at La Source Parfumee gardens near the village of Gourdon, Alpes Maritimes, Provence, France, Europe.
