The beautiful Broughton Archipelago is a haven for many sea animals including the near threatened Steller sea lion.
Steller sea lions spend months breeding and resting on the rookeries off the coast of Northern Vancouver Island and in the archipelago during the summer months.

I photographed this photo with the digital SLR camera model Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II, aperture of f/6.3, exposure time of 1/640 sec. on ISO 100, as always I used a original Canon Lens, the focus lenght for this picture was 170mm.
