As a male Killer Whale surfaces off Northern Vancouver Island in British Columbia, the surroundings are completely tranquil and it must sound and feel like heaven for him. The underwater sounds have come to a near standstill, compared to the day time noise coming from the boats, barges and cruiseships.
Sunset not only seems to appeal to a Killer Whale, but humans also find being on the water very peaceful and heavenly. The coloring across the sky, shadowed by the line of clouds, with a male Killer Whale appearing on the surface of the water, brings about many feelings for a lot of the passengers aboard the whale watching trips.
