The Waiohine Gorge has many outstanding activities for the average person to try and most of them begin at the swing bridge which takes you to the Tararua Forest Park in New Zealand. Good swimming pools, rafting, hiking, tubing and kayaking are just a few of the exciting things to do but first you must cross the swing bridge to a land of natural beauty.Crossing the swing bridge is an adventure in itself. It is very safe and well worth the journey to catch a glimpse of the beautiful scenery below as you venture into the Taraua Forest Park.
