Watching a sunset from the North Taranaki Bight on the North Island of New Zealand, is one of the best places to enjoy the beauty as the sunset lighting creates a display of amazing colors across the sky.The Tasman Sea stretches for an approximate distance of 1250 miles between Australia and New Zealand, giving the sun a great deal of space to create a beautiful sunset. The water remains fairly calm in this picture, but on any given day, the force of the Tasman Sea can pick up fury and crash against the coastline cliffs creating quite a stir.Sunset over the Tasman Sea from the North Taranaki Bight, West Coast, Taranaki, North Island, New Zealand.
