If you are planning to travel to Ontario, consider to have your travels coincide with the Ottawa Tulip Festival held in May each year. During the nearly 3 week annual event, you can see huge colorful displays of tulips all over the city. Parliament Hill is particularly beautifully planted in tulips and visitors can take in the sights while sitting on the manicured lawns having lunch.
