The view from the window of Albergo Ristorante Corona in Bagni di Lucca in Tuscany, Italy shows the town, the Lima River, the houses dotted through, and on top of the hills and the interesting tiled roof. This unusual roof pattern is a very old technique used in Tuscany and other regions of Central Italy (Rome being one of them). The pattern is Coppo and Embrice - curved tile, or Cap and Roman, and is supposedly easy to walk on.
