This cute grey seal is relaxing in the large seal habitat at the L'Oceanografic in Valencia, Spain in Europe. This aquarium is an amazing place to visit when in Valencia, Spain where you will find belugas, dolphins, grey seals, walruses, shark tunnels made of perspex and hundreds of different types of fish.
There are approximately 300,000 grey seals throughout various parts of the world and about 75 are estimated to have been killed each year with a majority being by net entanglement. The grey seal is currently listed as a protected species in certain sections in the European Community's Habitats Directive and several other specified places.
