A great adventure for hiking enthusiasts is the Cape Scott Trail on Northern Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. Situated in Cape Scott Provincial Park, the hiking trail leads hikers past many interesting artifacts from old settlements, industry, and of course the Cape Scott lighthouse which was built in 1960.The part of the trail which leads through lush rainforest between the parking lot and San Josef Bay, is relatively level and takes approximately 30 minutes to walk.
