Beyond the town of Whistler's rooftops, Whistler Mountain can be seen as a backdrop to the many shops and ski resorts. The streaks of white cloud seem to part with the sole purpose of exposing the peak, illuminating ski trails traveling down the mountain's slopes. Located at the northwestern boundary of Garibaldi National Park, Whistler Mountain is famous for the world-class ski resort of Whistler-Blackcomb and the town of Whistler.
