For many years mankind has been harnessing wind to generate power by way of using windmills. The region of Matane and Cap Chat in the Quebec Province of Canada is a channel for winds off the Gulf. You will see that this is area is dotted with windmill parks. The windmills rise up from the highest points as great white towers with large rotating blades, where they are positioned to best harness the wind. This picture of windmills was taken on a particularly windy day, set against dark brewing clouds. A perfect day for power generation.
